Funny how life has a way with us…
I have the tendency to live in the Future,…thinking, planning, dreaming, manifesting, anxiously waiting for all of the possibilities.
As time moves on, I am learning to be more Present,…grateful, honored, humble, calm, Ready!
On a run in the woods, where I haven’t been in a while due to societal fears, I decided to take The Foos on the run with me in Honor of their 30 years anniversary… and listening to But Here We Are, 4th on their newest and most magical album, David sings something that hit me so deeply, a piece I have heard multiple times but had not truly listened to until Now: “…Wait, Patience, Patience, Are You Ready Now?…”.

Be Present! Be Patient! Why run for it? It will come to you! Are you ready now? Cultivate, care…it will come…and multiply!
If it is not here, you must long for it, and pave the way, so it can come to you when you are ready! It will come!
Trust your heart, and dream out loud!
